What is a "Fantasy" Dispenser?
When someone other than the Pez Candy Company produces a dispenser, this is referred to as a "Fantasy" dispenser. A "Fantasy" Pez dispenser is not made by the Pez company.
The Burlingame Museum of Pez Memorabilia sells a variety of "Fantasy" dispensers, including Baseball, Football, and the Mummy dispensers.
Fantasy dispensers that display fictional characters are not licensed or approved by the owner of the fictional character.
How do I place an order on-line?
If I order product, how do I know when it is shipped?
Our on-line store is located at Burlingame Museum of Pez Memorabilia On-Line Store.
Every item in our On-Line Pez Store has a "Click Here" button that places your selection in your on-line 'shopping cart.' The shopping cart automatically adds up your total, including shipping and applicable sales tax. You can always review your purchases by selecting the "Review/Check" button next to every item.
We have also created a Store Directory that displays all available Pez and Pez Memorabilia for sale.
Product shipment is generally made the next business day. An order confirmation will be forwarded to you via E-MAIL with a UPS shipment tracking number. You can use the
UPS link to track your shipment's progress.
In the event an error has occurred on your confirmation email, you may submit an error report via our Customer Service area or call (650) 347-2302.
Minimum order, before tax and shipping, is $10.00.
We are currently not accepting e-mail orders that originate from an anonymous e-mail address, such as "firstname.lastname@example.org."
What happens if an item is out-of-stock?
The balance of your order will be shipped. On the Order Form, you can ask us to notify you in case an item is out-of-stock. If you are only ordering 1 item, we will contact you by e-mail.
What are the different shipping options?
Your order can shipped via Ground Service-($7.95),
UPS 3 Day Service-($13.95),
UPS 2 Day Service-($19.95),
and UPS Next Day Service-($32.95).
Orders to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are charged $15.95 for shipping.
Orders that weigh over 7 lbs. are subject to extra shipping charges. Before we ship your order, we will notify you by e-mail that your order requires additional shipping charges.
Some of our larger items are classified by UPS as "oversized". Additional UPS charges apply to all "oversized" air shipments.
UPS 3 Day Service Oversize-($44.95 per box),
UPS 2 Day Service Oversize-($69.95 per box),
and UPS Next Day Service Oversize-($95.95 per box).
All other orders outside the USA are shipped via U.S. Postal Express for $49.00.
Please note that all UPS express services (3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day) are expressed in business days -- do not include Saturday or Sunday in the delivery time.
Since we are closed on Mondays, our first shipping day of the week is Tuesday. For example, if you place an order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
No. UPS requires a street address for delivery.
Can I have my order shipped to a friend?
Can I have my order shipped to my work address?
Yes and Yes. However, you must fill out BOTH the 'ship to' and 'bill to' address form on the order form. For your order to be shipped, we need to have the address your credit card is billed to.
Please include your phone number. This is for our internal use only and will not be shared with anyone.
I accidentally entered the wrong address for shipping my order. Will I be charged?
I forgot to include my apartment number on my order. Will I be charged?
I was out of town and UPS returned my package to you. Will I be charged?
United Parcel Service (UPS) charges us a "return charge" fee when a package is returned. You will be charged this fee if your package is returned to us. If you want us to ship your order out a second time, a second shipping fee will be charged.
To avoid any additional shipping charges, please enter your full and correct shipping address.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, be sure to keep all boxes, packaging and your receipt. Call us at (650)347-2302 and we will begin the necessary follow-up with UPS (United Parcel Service.)
If you have not received your order 20 days after placing your order, please call us on the telephone at (650)347-2301. Please have your Order Number available. We will immediately initiate a UPS (United Parcel Service) package trace.

How is payment made?
Orders can be made with a VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER credit card directly over the Internet on our Secure Server Order form or, orders can still be printed out and mailed or faxed to us.
Your credit card statement will list the sale from 'Computer Spectrum/PEZ.' Checks are also made payable to 'Computer Spectrum.'

Is it safe to send a Credit Card Number over the Internet?
Is making a purchase on the Internet safe?
We believe it is.
Our Secure Server Order Form allows for encrypted data transfer. Only the Burlingame Museum of Pez Memorabilia will receive this information.
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal
information including credit card number, name, and address, so that
it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks
either cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use or
may limit your liability to just $50.
