I'm not sure what a TWEENIE is, but these cute characters are stars of their own TV cartoon show on England's BBC Network.
From left to right, their names are Milo, Fizz, Jake, Bella and Doodles the dog. The stems on Fizz and Bella are uniquely decorated with flowers.
The TWEENIES are sold as a set of 5 for $49.95, loose.
The TWEENIES are no longer made by Pez.

In a very attractive, pink Hello Kitty tin box, they have arranged 4 CRYSTAL Hello Kitty Pez dispensers.
The set includes Pez candy.
The tin box (it looks like a miniature lunch box) measures 7" wide x 6.5" tall and is 3" deep.
